DSL/Dial-Up - Support is available online at our Support Information Page, and is often the quickest way to get an answer to your questions.

If you are unable to solve your problem online or need immediate help, phone support for DSL is just a call away. Before calling support regarding your DSL or dial-up service, please check the Support Page, and if you still need assistance give us a call. Support is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and by appointment during other hours. Call 435-622-5007.

T1 - For customers with high-capacity T1 circuits, support is available 24 hours a day. Before calling for service, check your router, CSU/DSU and NIU to ensure that the trouble originates outside of your demarc. Service charges may apply to trouble tickets that resolved to a problem with customer premises equipment. T1 customers can call for support toll-free 866-NCTELECOM (866-628-3532)
